HOW TO CLAIM A TAX REFUND
DEPARTMENT STORE & GOURMET MARKET
Electronic VAT refunds (e-PP10) can be claimed at the department store. Simply show your passport at the cashier counter where you purchase your products. The amount you spend will accumulate automatically. Once your accumulated spend per day, per store, is 2,000THB or above, you are eligible for a tax refund. Before leaving our store, don’t forget to get a confirmation print out at customer service. This print out is required to get a custom stamp at the airport. Tax refunds will be given by the revenue department at the airport or rebated to your credit card.
SHOPPING COMPLEX
The majority of shops in the shopping complex use the P.P10 system and they will provide you with a yellow form. You are required to get a customer stamp before you check your baggage in and make a tax claim at the revenue department at the airport. Ask for a tax refund once you spend reaches 2,000 THB per day per store.
